1. Return Eligibility
You may raise a return request if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request should be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product should be unused and in original packaging with all accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Items sold in stock clearance or festive sale.
- Products marked as non-returnable
3. Return/Replacement Process
To initiate a return/replacement:
- Contact us at support@adijen.com within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Share:
- Order ID
- Product images/videos while opeing the packaging box (for damaged/defective items)
- Product images & Videos should be clear while repacking the items for the return.
- Our team will review and approve your request of behalf of your images and videos you share with us on whatsapp or mail.
- Once approved, you kindly send the same/return by courier or indian post.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund/Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned product
- Refund/Replacement processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is available for:
- Damaged/Faulty products if any
- Wrong items delivered
- Subject to product availability
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may apply
- Return pickup will be beared by customer himself/herself
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
